Hi John, Sorry to hear you've had an issue with your order. I've checked the tracking number (sent to you via email when we dispatched the parcel and it shows as being that Royal Attempted delivery on 16th May and is available for redelivery or collection from Cardiff North East Customer Service Point. Please follow the tracking link in the email if you want Royal Mail to redeliver. If you do have any issues with the non-delivery of your parcel, if you can contact us as soon as it is late we can investigate for you. Thanks, Robbie
