“I made an order for syringes but mistakenly clicked on U100:instead of U40. Contacted customer service who corrected the order and refunded the difference very quickly. The order was made on Sunday 28th January 2024, order corrected on 29th and refund in my bank account on 30th. Excellent service and correct order received when indicate.”
