Hi Sarah, Sorry to hear there has been a problem with your order. I've checked the tracking number (sent to you via email) and there is a note from Royal Mail saying the package was routed to the wrong delivery office so it has been delayed. Your order will be with you soon, best to always check the tracking link as that will give you the most up to date information on the delivery. Robbie
