“It was a struggle as a lot of information was not included. Assignment was descriptive but lacked critical analysis. Format was not followed. Had to have several revisions done and still information was left out. Also paid extra and key information was still omitted as writer felt it was not needed, refund on amendments was not given. - Quality of assignment was good but lacked critical analysis.”

With this in mind, we instructed the researcher not to use headings/subheadings for this order (following your express request not to). We can ask the researcher to add heading/subheadings for you now though. That is no problem.
