“The UFH technitians arrived promptly having advised that would be with me at 1030. They worked efficiently and cleanly and were able to isolate the problem and fix it quickly. As advertised, they assessed the fault and advised that the problem was a manufacturing fault and would be claiming the cost of the repair back from the company! No cost to me! Great service!”

“I called UFH Services to investigate a non-functioning electric underfloor heating mat. Bradley arrived on time, was courteous, worked cleanly and was happy to chat to me both about the techniques and equipment he was using, as well as keeping me regularly informed as to what he'd found and verifying how I'd like to progress once the fault had been identified. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend UFH Services ltd based on the work provided in this instance.”

“I have been messed about with the company who installed my underfloor heating for just short of 5 months. Once UfH Services was called upon by the company who installed a new shower room, these two cheerful men turned up with their tackle, including Henry, the vacuum cleaner :-)! They got straight to work, lifting a tile, repairing the break in the net and getting the area serviceable for the tiler. Excellent service on all counts, prompt response, friendly approach, good focus on the job and breezing out again without a fuss. What a difference to the disregard and unresponsiveness of the manufacturer!”

“Guys turned up on time, very polite on arrival, introduced themselves and asked what the problem was, how it presented. As I was interested they explained everything they were doing. Found the problem within 10 minutes and the repair took very little longer. All cleaned up and dusted just over the hour. Couldn't have asked for a better service, very friendly, very informative and very very clean. Thank you for your help!! Andover New Build.”

“I have no hesitation in recommending UFH to anyone with an underfloor heating problem. In my case the fault was found in the cable/ heatmat under the front of the shower tray in the bathroom.This was promptly fixed and luckily no tiles needed to be removed. I was very impressed with the two engineers/electricians who arrived on time and who were obviously experts at their job having worked directly with UFH for many years. The whole experience was a lot less traumatic than I feared and I am very pleased with the way the problem was sorted out by all involved.”

“My underfloor heating out of the blue stopped working. I called the company that i had purchased it from and whilst they were helpful was told to send someone out to inspect it would cost me £500 and extra to fix it if it was proved to be a fault other than a manufacturing fault ie break in the element under the tiles. I called UFH and two very nice and knowledgable engineers have been early this morning, on time, and fixed it for me all for one price. Only one tile was brought up, no others were damaged which was a relief as i only have one replacement! Once fixed they also did a great job of tidying up. Excellent work and i am so pleased it is fixed and they made it look simple. I hope i don't have to call them again but would not hesitate to use UFH again and i would highly recommend them. Vicky in the office is very thorough and will confirm everything that is being organised and achieved after the work is carried out. Whole experience was very professional.”

“Excellent service. Turned up on time and managed to fix the problem, even though it turned out to be somewhat more problematic than first thought. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable staff. The two engineers that called were both employed directly by UFH Services, which was very reassuring. Couldn't be happier.”

“Turned up exactly when promised, explained what they were going to do and just got on with it. Efficiently found the fault and fixed - huge array of tools available. Even spent time battling the new thermostat to prove the fix was working. Cleaned up very effectively. Friendly throughout.”

“Excellent. They came on the appointed day. Engineers were efficient , friendly and professional. Visit was well co ordinated by Vicky. A good service which I wish I had discovered earlier. Before finding them, I had spent months of wasted effort waiting on quotes from others who either declined the job or didn't turn up.”

“What can I say..... The best customer service I have had in a long time, from the moment I called Ufh services for some advice on my broken heating I was impressed. I had previously struggled to find a company who could find out what the problem was but Ufh services ensured me they would be able to fix the problem and they did. I initially telephoned for some advice and after sending photos by emailto arrange a diagnostic test to be carried out, I was pleasantly surprised that they could do such a thing but not only that it was arranged to be done the very same day. The guys who came to carry out the test had been working up north all week and being Thursday afternoon were on their last job and on their way home, they detoured to my address to fit me in. On arrival they were friendly and polite, they got to work straight away and discovered the problem within minutes. They discussed with me the ease of the job and when I asked if they could fit me in to fix the problem as soon as, they went out of their way to stay and fix the problem there and then. The worked quickly and tidied up after themselves. I would highly recommend the company to anyone. Thanks guys!!”

“The underfloor heating had not worked since before I moved in 4 years ago. The two engineers quickly assessed the system and informed me that it was beyond economical repair. They then gave me advice about an appropriate new system. I am extremely grateful for their honesty and helpful advice and would have no hesitation in recommending them and the company.”

Vicky in the office was very efficient and the two engineers who arrived well before their appointed time of 7.0am did an excellent job of finding and repairing my underfloor heating fault.
