“NEVER BUY FROM DIRECT BOUTIQUE!!!! There is no contact number for UK! Customer service never answer emails and I’ve been waiting for the lipstick I bought for two weeks now and NOTHING!!!!!! AVOID!”

“Very disappointed with this site. I ordered some perfume for my wife for Valentine’s Day, the day before it was due I received an e mail saying they were refunding my money. And that was it. “Still awaiting order delivery. Email confirmation by seller to indicate dispatch by courier early February but no tracking # provided. No response to emails. No response from provided contact phone #'s. Account apparently indicates no order history. Bank will be dealing with this issue accordingly after 30 day window.”
