We're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the packaging of the charm I can see that the luxury gift wrapping service was not selected for this order. We can gift wrap orders for an additional £4.95 with high quality paper, ribbon and personalised card but it must be selected before checking out. I hope this helps to clarify.
