“I am impressed that when the Post Office (PO) delivered my goods to the wrong address I gave helpful no assistance when I contacted the supplier. The lady I spoke to was friendly and sympathetic offering to chase tge PO. The PO was impossible to contact!”

“I bought 2 pandora charms and was offered gift and wrap .I did not recieved my 2 items wrapped so i was dssapointed. My charms are for my 15yr old grandaughter so being wrapped would have been a bonus,sadly it was'nt to be. the charms are lovely and the sevice was first class thank you pandora merry christmas from maureen250149@gmail.com.”

“Great idea! Wrapping with ribbon already attached, which means I can't loose it. No waste as it comes back to me once it's unwrapped so I can use it again, very environmentally friendly!”
