“As always lovely charms for Pandora bracelet. Reasonably priced. Good quality. I like the engraved 925S on the charms. Sits really well with what Pandora is one thing about. I am purchasing more to complete the set I created before products are swapped to Titanium.”

“Very easy to order from. Unfortunately I paid extra £6.95 for next day delivery for my nieces birthday and the present failed to deliver. I appreciate it was possibly an issue with the post office but still not good enough!”

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear that your niece’s birthday gift didn’t arrive on time, we completely understand how disappointing that must have been. I’ve checked your order, and I can confirm that it was dispatched from us on time with the Special Delivery service. Unfortunately, it appears that Royal Mail delivered this a day later than expected. As this fell short of the service you paid for, we have issued a full refund for the £6.95 Special Delivery charge. “I thought I had ordered off Pandora I obviously hadn't. I didn't address it wrongly royal mail decided to mess everything up. Apparently my refund is now being sorted. And I've been asked to re do my review. Sorry 1 star still stands. I will never order from this company again So 1 star it is”
