“I was a bit disapointed with the Highland Cow and the Friends charm I brought for my daughter! They are both very small and the picture on the Highlsnd Cow is very faint and the writing on the Friends charm is very faint too!”

“Im extremely happy with my bracelet and charm from Pandora. I knew exactly what I wanted and I wasn’t disappointed finding exactly the charm that my best friend would love. I emailed delivery details (Royal Mail) arriving very promptly. I would definitely order online again in the future.”

“They gave me three different delivery dates in total, they also said they had tried to deliver my parcel which they did not because there was someone available to answer the door all day so we will not be using Gift & Wrap again if I want to buy my wife something in the future I will just take her to the Pandora shop and let her pick something out and we can take it home on the same day”
