“Good service, was worried at first, I thought I was on Pandora web site until after the sale when I had an email to say the order was confirmed. Everything arrived and was nicely presented. Unfortunately Royal Mail were having staffing problems and it arrived late.”

“Bought a charm bracelet along with charms for my mother’s birthday. However the pink opal charm purchased does not fit the bracelet. Very disappointed as there is no indication on the website that only certain charms will fit.”

The bracelet purchased is a Pandora Moments Silver Bracelet, which is compatible with Pandora Moments charms. The charms ordered are designed to fit this bracelet, so it should thread on correctly. In most cases where a charm appears not to fit, it is due to how it is being applied rather than a compatibility issue. Pandora Moments charms are sometimes threaded internally and need to be gently aligned and rotated onto the bracelet’s threading, rather than pushed straight on. “Considering spent over £100 on items for them just to be thrown into a bubble wrap envelope isn't good. The gift bag I order subsequently now crushed and creased following being thrown about in the bubble wrap envelope because it wasn't flat. Usually things come in a Pandora card box so things are kept flat. No not this time...it was like I'd bought something second hand. Not that there's anything wrong with that but you'd expect when buying from Pandora it would come in their packaging and get to you in a decent condition. Now I have a scruffy looking bag to give for Christmas unfortunately.”

“Nice service but let down by how the items were presented. Not even taken out of the plastic bags. Paid for gift bags and was expecting the items to be gift bagged already. Was not expecting to have to put the jewellery in the boxes and gift bags provided. WHY DO YOU CALL THE COMPANY GIFT AND WRAP WHEN YOU DONT WRAP THE GIFTS?”
