“Terrible, they sent the wrong bracelet and have ruined Christmas as this was a gift for my daughter. They also never respond to my emails, which I know they have received. I have phoned and spoke to them for advice and they wanted photo proof via email. I am very upset”

“Easy orderering online although there was free delivery I choose the Special Next day delivery as I needed it for a birthday 3 days later as it was nearing Christmas and it all arrived next day. So was extrememly pleased with whole process and products”

“What can I say apart from Thank you. Have always shopped via Pandora website for anything to do with them but after scrolling past the sponsored ad on Google you’ll usually see Pandora as the next site but it turned out to be this website Gift & Wrap who are a genuine Pandora seller with authentic Pandora products but without shipping fees. Was a bit dubious about it after I’d placed the order and double checked my emails and everything was legit. Can not fault the service so I’m greatly appreciative Thanks”
