Thank you for your review, Danny. We’re sorry for the delay and understand how frustrating this is, especially with the order intended as a Christmas gift. We did reply to your email and explained that the parcel had not been scanned since the 11th, and we offered either a replacement on express delivery or a refund. The tracking has now updated and shows the item moving again through Royal Mail.
