“Excellent customer service easy to place order ,despatch and delivery by post office all executed perfectly . This is the first time that l have ordered direct from the company as I normally purchase through a well known superstore and have done for many years however thes past possibly 4/5 years stock has been erratic and not easily available when required . This is the only tea I enjoy apart from specialist loose teas and was about to give up the dea when I found Twinings sold direct thankyou once again I shall know enjoy my cuppa not too strong just right taste and convenient when o my own sometimes and not in company.”

“Absolutely love the Twinings tea but so disappointed in their delivery and service. I live in the Netherlands and ordered on December 25th, 2024. It's March 2025 now and I still haven't received anything. There's no response to the contact form. I doubt I will order again”

“I have great difficulty buying Twinings Assam loose tea at any of the supermarkets within a 20 mile radius so buying direct from Twinings in bulk to make sure I don't run out. Assam has a smooth smoky flavour that is both refreshing and relaxing dependent on my need!”
