“I was very impressed with the way the order was dealt with. I was a bit anxious that the Trophy wouldn't arrive in time for the presentatin but I needn't have worried. I contacted you help line and spoke to a very nice ladie who assured me that she would make sure it was engraved and recieved by me in time.”

“Trophy Supermarket have been providing trophies for my annual Edit Empire Modelling Showcase for years, and their service has always been amazing. They are kind, polite, professional, and always willing to help, even when I have placed last-minute orders. They always make sure I receive everything on time, answer any concerns over the phone, and their customer care is truly outstanding. Back in 2023, they even replaced a glass trophy that broke in transit, which I really appreciated. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. Trophy Supermarket is a truly amazing business with exceptional customer service.”

“A very professional company, who managed my order well. Even though 2 of the items were out of stock, they suggested 2 similar items which were acceptable. Delivery was on time through a reputable company. Emails and phone calls were answered quickly, and even though 1 of the items they sent was wrong, they couldnt have been more helpful in accepting the mistake and sending a replacement.”
