“I have just purchased 2 trickle net softies and the quality seems excellent - I already have 2 trickle net minis. The holes in the softie nets are a bit bigger than the mini nets which I didn't realise so my horse now has a mix of easier nets and more challenging nets throughout his day - he has lost 50kg since May and is now his target weight”

“We’ve just bought the new shake net to add to our collection of 4 large trickle nets and 2 small ones ! Rosie has EMS so trickle nets have in my mind saved her life they enable her to nibble for longer especially on the days she has to stay in due to high grass sugars,she would empty a haynet in a couple of hours trickle nets make her work for her hay and it takes her much longer !”

“Haven't got it yet, please deliver!! Please verify the company used for delivery. I have had 3 different companies saying they have something to deliver and I cannot access any of them to pay the surcharge - or know which one you can verify as the real delivery company!! There's a lot of dodgy emails!! Non of these allow me to track or pay. Plus you aren't answering the phone. Help please.”

Perhaps you could respond and pay the customs charges, then it might get delivered? Your order was sent on a RM International service. As this was an overseas order, it will only be delivered once cleared through customs which is down to the customer responding and paying the charges. This is not down to us, and a 1 star review is very unfair.

“So far so good! Been using for a week and certainly keeping ponies satisfied throughout the night rather than gobbling up their haynets in a couple of hours. They are quite a lot heavier than standard haynets (as they are made of much stronger, tougher material) which is fine with dry hay but much more challenging to lift when soaking hay. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend. I hope they really do last a long time as they are expensive. I also purchased the metal screw clip which really does make it much easier to tie them up, rather than having to feed the rope back through the net itself- clever idea!”

“Excellent quality and customer service - my horse was diagnosed with a metabolic disorder and had to go on minimum hay - the trickle net keeps him occupied and has been a game changer - he has lost 40kg in recent weeks without getting stressed as he can still eat in a slow more natural way - thank you”

“Bought for my very fast eating fell pony. Hung from the beams in her stable and it’s amazingly extended her eating time up to 4 times longer than with another greedy feeder brand. She has lost about 20kg in 3 weeks since using this net. Brilliant. No teeth damage either. Thank you!”

“I have always used the large trickle nets for my horse. But since having a Shetland pony who needed his hay soaking due to him having laminitis and then diagnosed with EMS, I needed a smaller lightweight net because I have a bad back, so I thought I would try the mini net. These mini nets are fantastic, much lighter for me to carry, plus it lasts him longer because the net holes are even smaller than the large trickle net. Highly recommend these nets.”
