“Dealt with very efficiently over the phone by Pedro, service call arranged and paid for by phone. Bernard completed service (I was away from home that day and didn't meet Bernard)call and left a very comprehensive report on his call and recommendation to have rank emptied. When I eventually got to read report Bernard took a phone call from me and explained everything. 5 star service from start to finish, well done Pedro and Bernard. Muchas Gracias.”

V prompt reply came back giving contact details, mobile phone, etc. Without checking, I think it said that your local agent would be in touch. Notwithstanding that, I've had no phone call.”
