“Nice colour but poor fitting and the quality of the wig poor, you could tell it was a wig and did not have enough volume, we returned the product”

“I’ve been a client at the Edinburgh salon for a number of years and have just received my latest prescription. I cannot praise enough the salon manager Margaret and her team. Their new premises are bright and full of positivity, courtesy of the staff. Margaret is a fabulous envoy for the company offering advice and demonstrating consideration and support. I am eternally grateful to her for using her experience to guide me in my choice of wig. As a result, I now feel so much more confident about my appearance.”

“Wig ordered easily with no issues. Arrived promptly thank you! Unfortunately I returned Arden Wig in Spring Honey due to the colour. Waiting for refund which should be due soon by its refund policy.”

“The hairpiece was as I expected. I bought it to keep for the next time I needed to renew the hairpiece. Previously I bought the same ones from 'Wigs and Pieces" who provided the hairpiece in a box which I could store. They no longer deal with this make. I was a bit disappointed that yourhairpiece was not in a box, However, I liked the fact that it came quickly.”

“I have been ordering wigs from Aderans for years and have bought many styles varying colours across a few brands. Recently i've orderd Ellen Wille Onda and Rene of Paris Joss in Watermelon R, I'm never the best judge but i think they look natural. Great customer service, from Bradley and Daniel!! Andrea XX”

“Excellent customer service - communication was really prompt and advice was top notch. Everything explained clearly and the wig was delivered a bit earlier than I expected. I have made a subsequent order which was in stock items and delivery was incredibly fast. I would definitely order again. Fantastic company and products are exceptional.”

“I have purchased this particular Hairpiece for many years. It has always been very good quality & has given me more confidence as my Hair is very fine. I would always recommend LOLA Human Hair. This time however I had to go for a slightly darker colour as the lighter colour was discontinued. But still extremely Happy 😊”

“Visited the Nottingham salon and was attended to by Maureen. I was extremely nervous and had no idea what to expect. Maureen spoke me through my options in an amazingly reassuring way. After some tears and some laughter I found the perfect wig for me.”
