“I have left off one star because up till now you and your products have been perfect. But this last purchase was a disappointment as it was so different in colour and style to the previous two of the same specification. I have had to send this one back and now have a problem sourcing something that looks the same.”

“I’ve been a client at the Edinburgh salon for a number of years and have just received my latest prescription. I cannot praise enough the salon manager Margaret and her team. Their new premises are bright and full of positivity, courtesy of the staff. Margaret is a fabulous envoy for the company offering advice and demonstrating consideration and support. I am eternally grateful to her for using her experience to guide me in my choice of wig. As a result, I now feel so much more confident about my appearance.”

“Wig ordered easily with no issues. Arrived promptly thank you! Unfortunately I returned Arden Wig in Spring Honey due to the colour. Waiting for refund which should be due soon by its refund policy.”

“The hairpiece was as I expected. I bought it to keep for the next time I needed to renew the hairpiece. Previously I bought the same ones from 'Wigs and Pieces" who provided the hairpiece in a box which I could store. They no longer deal with this make. I was a bit disappointed that yourhairpiece was not in a box, However, I liked the fact that it came quickly.”
