“I booked an appointment at the Hove salon with Rhys ahead of starting my chemo. I was apprehensive and anxious about the whole thing before hand, but the service I received left me confident and ready to face my hair free future more comfortably than I could have imagined. Rhys was professional and listened really carefully from start to finish in all regards from the look I wanted to my preferred budget. He found many wigs for me to try in a relaxed and friendly environment with no sense of being rushed and took me through the processes of putting wigs on ,off and their maintenance. I cannot recommend the Hove Trendco salon enough. Rhys made a daunting experience so positive and I left wearing my new wig with a smile- which I really wasn't expecting! I received a follow up call to see how I was getting along with my wig and am sure to be returning to expand my wig collection. Thank you so much.”

“Orders always arrive promptly and any returns are processed quickly. The quality of hats is good although I do find some err on the large side which doesn’t suit me. Overall a lovely company to deal with.”

“Had my second visit and this time I saw Maureen. I cannot thank this lovely lady enough for her help and advice. Came away with another lovely wig. Your a very special lady what you do and when I get back to work I will certainly pop up and see you. Thank you so so much ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I was referred to Trendco Manchester by my MacMillan team to help me choose a wig. I initially made a telephone enquiry and spoke to Daniela. She instantly made me feel at ease, explained the process and we made an appointment for me to attend their wig store. On arrival Daniela met me, she made me feel very welcome and at ease. We discussed what style wig I wanted and she brought a multitude of wigs for me to try. She was very patient and helpful with the styling of each wig. I eventually decided on a wig that was as close to my own hairstyle. She trimmed my chosen wig to make it more personal to me. She then explained all about how to care for my wig and the costs etc, there are wigs to suit all budgets and they also accept NHS referrals, which brings the cost down. I actually left the salon wearing my wig, which helped to make me feel more like the old me. I would highly recommend Trendco Manchester and Daniela.”

“My wife and I went to Westbourne Grove . It took us a little while to find the salon so we were late for our appointment. Nonetheless we were treated with huge courtesy a d were looked after by Raj who despite the time pressure was both extremely professional but also very kind and considerate. We recommend both her and the salon very highly without any reservations. My wife is delighted with the two wigs Raj helped her choose.”

“I went to Westbourne Grove, London. Raj was extremely helpful and was determined to find the right wig for me, going to a lot of trouble and being sympathetic and reassuring. Annie was also an excellent ally in what could be a rather traumatic experience, making sure that I got the best possible service. I strongly recommend this location.”

“Initially met Daniela at the Macmillan Centre in Bolton Hospital for advice on wigs due to my imminent loss of hair due to chemo. Very helpful with really good advice. The wig I preferred was too large for my head, so I went into the salon in Manchester and Daniela kindly made it smaller which fitted much better. Thanks Great service - very welcoming salon - great choice of wigs and colours. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone with potential hair loss. Purchased the kit too - everything you need in it!”

“I have had several consultations over the past 2 years with Lee at Aderans/Trenco Manchester. Each time he made me feel at ease during the visits, he helped me choose the right style, colour and fit, drawing on his knowledge and expertise. The whole set up at the salon is great and I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.”

“I recently made an appointment at Aderans Midlands to find a wig due to Alopecia. The salon itself is just beautiful, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Julie helped me find the style I needed, and kindly ordered some blonde ones in for me to try. I returned a week later to try them on, and left with a beautiful wig that I finally feel comfortable in. My confidence has taken a real knock since having alopecia, but Julie was nothing but kind, and made me feel at ease instantly. I definitely recommend, the service and products are fantastic!”

“As soon as I arrived for my appointment Lee put me at ease He did not rush me, he took time to explain how to look after my synthetic wig. Lots to choose so I gave a photo of how my own hair looked. Bingo!! he brought out four styles spot on. I wholeheartedly recommend Aderans.”

“About 10 years ago my hair seriously started thinning on the crown and I decided to look for a topper. I went to several salons where I could only try a couple of wigs on even though I has stated that I just needed a topper and in a couple of cases I was charged for the visit. The only good thing to come out of this time was that I bought a trendco topper and was impressed by the quality. Move years on and it was with trepidation that I sought a new hair piece. As I liked my previous piece I started with the name of that and was totally surprised to find they had their own stores, I rang and spoke to the wonderful Steph, she booked me an appointment advised me there would be no cost for trying on the pieces so I arrived for my appointment very optimistic. She did not disappoint there was no sales push lots of pieces to try on and just lots of help and advice and I did buy a beautiful crown topper which looks so natural. There are not enough stars to warrant the help and advice I was given so Thankyou very much Steph and the Nottingham store I would highly recommend a visit if you have any issues with your hair. “I recently had a scacial at the Westbourne Grove salon. A new experience for me and really enjoyable. Elizabeth was very welcoming, friendly and knowledegable. It was very relaxing even when cold water was added to my scalp during the treatment. It made my scalp feel so refreshed and zingy! I would recommend this treatment and look forward to having another one soon.”

“Firstly I want to say how lovely all the staff here are and how welcome they make you feel. I had a very positive experience after finally plucking up the courage to seek a solution to my thinning hair, Fabrice was amazing and found the perfect solution which he customised for me, this has given me renewed confidence and I no longer stress about how I can make my hair look less wretched when I go out. My second experience here was a Scatial with lovely Elizabeth who made me realise how we neglect our scalps which really need as much care as the skin on our faces, I had a fabulous spatial which left my scalp feeling revitalised, just brilliant. Highly recommend and wish I'd come here sooner, my mother had severe alopecia and I brought her here on several occasions and they are as excellent as they were back then.”
