Hi Laura, I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with our prices, Did you know we price match all our online products? If you find the same wig for cheaper elsewhere, we’ll be happy to match that price for you. We also pride ourselves on only supplying the best quality wigs that are built to last. Yet we do try our best to provide a large selection of wigs that range across all prices so there’s something for everyone and unfortunately, the tax fees are not something we have any control of :( If there’s anything we can do to help in the future please feel free to email us at info@trendco.co.uk or speak to our customer support team on 01273 777 777, they would be more than happy to help find cheaper alternatives, let you know of any offers or just have a chat!

“The ordering process was easy but then I knew what I wanted as I had previously ordered through a hairdresser friend. However, this was the first time that I'd ordered directly. The wig arrived very promptly as promised. I wasn't disappointed, the style was the one I liked and the quality was still as good.”

“Had an appointment today at Trendco in London with Raj. As I have alopecia I decided to buy a wig. I have to say they were excellent, kind, and very attentive and most understanding. Raj makes you feel very comfortable and nothing is to much trouble. Wonderful. 5 star service.”

“I attended 2 fitting appointments with Zara in Hove. She was very helpful and very patient and helped me find a wig and colour I liked despite my initial reluctance. She also put me in touch with a local in-house support group and arranged for me to meet an eyebrow microblading therapist. I highly recommend Zara and Trendco for those of unlucky enough to be diagnosed with alopecia and need an empathetic approach.”

“Wow. Sentoo Sango in a beautiful rooted brown A761G. Looks so very natural.out of the box and straight on. Totally love it. So comfy too. Mono and hand tied. Delivered so very quickly. All in all one very happy customer. Thanks guys xx”

“I visited the salon on Saturday 25th February 2023. I was very nervous about attending, but as soon as I walked in the staff made me feel very welcome. My nerves soon left me, as it was clear the staff knew how I was feeling, and the knowledge of their products was second to none. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and relaxed. My hair has been falling out ever since I lost my husband 19 months ago and with the staffs help i was able to find just what i was looking for. Thank you so much.”
