“Yesterday I saw Maureen at Maggie’s at City Hospital Nottingham. I was accompanying a friend whom I’m supporting through her medical journey similar to my own. Maureen was caring and sensitive as well as knowledgeable and informative. We were treated with love and respect and given all the time that we needed to make decisions about wigs. We very much look forward to seeing Maureen again when the wigs have arrived. We are excited and know that we will once again have individual attention from a wonderful member of your staff.”

“Today I had appointment with Stef at The Royal Derby Hospital. She has made my day, fitted and styled two beautiful real hair wigs. Her patience was wonderful and made you feel a million dollars. Repeatedly asking how I would like it as obviously I was very nervous but stef put me at ease. A very Talented lady.”

“Having worn the same style and colour of wig for a number of years I decided it was time for a change, both in style of wig and my attitude towards wearing one. I have always viewed a wig as something to cover up my hair loss, nothing more, I certainly didn’t enjoy wearing one. Having seen the Aderans instagram account with people having fun styling their own wigs, it brought home to me that attitude really counts! I visited the MANCHESTER salon to select a new style. From entering I received a warm, welcoming and friendly greeting from RACHEL, the manager, who was able to answer questions about some of the styles I liked and I soon realised that what she doesn’t know about the stock and styling products isn’t worth knowing! The waiting area is relaxed and has a large array of wigs on display in varying lengths and colours. My selection, fitting and styling appointment was with MICHELLE and took place in a completely private fitting room. Once I had decided on the style and colour I wanted Michelle began to shape the wig - my head is a bit smaller than average, consequently the style looked different on me - she was so attentive and patient, nothing being too much trouble. I had some of the bulk thinned out, the fringe trimmed and was shown how to style it to get the exact shape I had in mind. I asked about various styling products and was shown which product was ideal for the purpose I was trying to achieve. I was absolutely astonished at the level of expertise and service I received, it takes a truly special kind of person to understand how much hair loss affects a person - the team at Aderans MANCHESTER are on board with that and go to great lengths working with the individual client, addressing their specific needs. You also get a wealth of knowledge, tips and tricks to help you along the way. If you’re lucky enough to live within travelling distance of an Aderans salon then I would certainly recommend a visit, the experience is unbelievable. Why would anyone buy a generic off the peg wig when you can have one expertly fitted and styled by a professional? There is absolutely no pressure to purchase anything when you visit the salon, if someone isn’t feeling sure about their choice of wig, Aderans would encourage the client to go home to think about the various options, the last thing they want is for a client to leave their salon with something they’re not sure about. The service offered at Aderans MANCHESTER really has the potential to improve the quality of someone’s life, I would heartily recommend a visit!”

“I experienced a scacial massage in the Westbourne grove salon recently & had the most amazing experience. Elizabeth was incredibly caring & made me feel like I was visiting a hair salon for the first time in 30 years - even though it meant having cold water on my head!! Elizabeth even trimmed what hair I have just as I remembered having my hair cut all those years ago. We laughed we hugged - I’m not sure if people understand how emotional such an experience can be but it was great & I will definitely be treating myself again in a few months. Thanks to everyone in the salon for making me feel special.”

“We visited the Nottingham store today and we was blown away with how amazing Maureen treated my nana. As soon as we walked in she greeted us with such a warm welcome. She was so nervous about coming today but soon as she walked through those doors, she felt so comfortable. My nana is currently going through chemotherapy so she wanted a wig due to her hair loss, she wanted her confidence back! And within minutes of trying on wigs it soon came back :) the wig she chose was beautiful!! And she looked and felt like herself again. She loved it so much she actually brought 2 the same ;) and that was all thanks to Maureen xx what an amazing woman she is!! Couldn’t recommend this salon enough. Thankyou so much Maureen, amazing lady xx from Sarah, Dawn and Brian xx”

“After many year of wearing wigs, I had my first scacial treatment with Elizabeth. Not only did I feel wonderful during and after, but was surprised to have a beneficial side effect - blocked sinuses were unblocked from the scalp massage which increased the flow around the head area. One week later, my sinuses remain unblocked, and my scalp is no longer itchy. Definitely would recommend. A real 'facial' for the scalp. Plus Elizabeth was lovely and reassuring, and very professional.”

“Have been to Aderans in Brighton a few times,helped by Reid, always really discreet,very knowledgeable and helpful,they don’t rush you into buying anything,they want to make sure you are comfortable and happy with whatever you choose,they offer lots of choices and at really good prices, would definitely recommend and use again, thankyou Reid!”

“I started chemotherapy, hoping that my hair loss might go unnoticed, but it began to fall out quite suddenly. I visited the Nottingham salon and Maureen put me at ease, and after trying a few wigs settled on one, which she cut a fringe into to match my own hair. I was nervous about wearing it at first but it was commented on really positively at work, and among my friends. Hopefully, it will last long enough until my own hair grows back later this year. Thank you Maureen.”

“I recently had a wonderful appointment with Lee at Trendco in Manchester. He made the whole experience fun and is super attentive and knowledgable about wigs. He shared lots of advice and tips for wig selection & care. I opted for a new style which he helped me choose and expertly styled before I took it home. It’s ready to feel fabulous for my Christmas party next week! I tywouldn’t hesitate to recommend Trendco.”

“I had the best experience ever at the Manchester shop. On arrival I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made me feel at ease. I was then attended to by Michele, who was very professional, friendly and listened to what my requirements were, which is very important at this time. I purchased an absolutely fabulous wig from Trendco who have such a brilliant range. I also ordered a hat for indoor use which was delivered on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Manchester Salon and Staff, they are brilliant.”

“This is a great shop with excellent quality wigs. I had to buy a wig for someone with medical issue who was abroad over a videocall. The stylist June was extremely helpful in trying out different wigs and taking pictures. The receptionist Vicky was very lovely and answered all my queries and helped with the purchase. I would highly recommend it.”

“I visited the TRENDCO store in Westbourne Grove and the service offered by Fabrice was outstanding and he was welcoming, supportive and extremely caring and the level of service he offered to me was excellent! Fabrice offered excellent support throughout the session and he was extremely helpful in colouring my piece and I would recommend him unreservedly! Fabrice has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has an extremely engaging personality and sense of dedication to his clients!”
