“Yesterday I saw Maureen at Maggie’s at City Hospital Nottingham. I was accompanying a friend whom I’m supporting through her medical journey similar to my own. Maureen was caring and sensitive as well as knowledgeable and informative. We were treated with love and respect and given all the time that we needed to make decisions about wigs. We very much look forward to seeing Maureen again when the wigs have arrived. We are excited and know that we will once again have individual attention from a wonderful member of your staff.”

“Having worn the same style and colour of wig for a number of years I decided it was time for a change, both in style of wig and my attitude towards wearing one. I have always viewed a wig as something to cover up my hair loss, nothing more, I certainly didn’t enjoy wearing one. Having seen the Aderans instagram account with people having fun styling their own wigs, it brought home to me that attitude really counts! I visited the MANCHESTER salon to select a new style. From entering I received a warm, welcoming and friendly greeting from RACHEL, the manager, who was able to answer questions about some of the styles I liked and I soon realised that what she doesn’t know about the stock and styling products isn’t worth knowing! The waiting area is relaxed and has a large array of wigs on display in varying lengths and colours. My selection, fitting and styling appointment was with MICHELLE and took place in a completely private fitting room. Once I had decided on the style and colour I wanted Michelle began to shape the wig - my head is a bit smaller than average, consequently the style looked different on me - she was so attentive and patient, nothing being too much trouble. I had some of the bulk thinned out, the fringe trimmed and was shown how to style it to get the exact shape I had in mind. I asked about various styling products and was shown which product was ideal for the purpose I was trying to achieve. I was absolutely astonished at the level of expertise and service I received, it takes a truly special kind of person to understand how much hair loss affects a person - the team at Aderans MANCHESTER are on board with that and go to great lengths working with the individual client, addressing their specific needs. You also get a wealth of knowledge, tips and tricks to help you along the way. If you’re lucky enough to live within travelling distance of an Aderans salon then I would certainly recommend a visit, the experience is unbelievable. Why would anyone buy a generic off the peg wig when you can have one expertly fitted and styled by a professional? There is absolutely no pressure to purchase anything when you visit the salon, if someone isn’t feeling sure about their choice of wig, Aderans would encourage the client to go home to think about the various options, the last thing they want is for a client to leave their salon with something they’re not sure about. The service offered at Aderans MANCHESTER really has the potential to improve the quality of someone’s life, I would heartily recommend a visit!”

“We visited the Nottingham store today and we was blown away with how amazing Maureen treated my nana. As soon as we walked in she greeted us with such a warm welcome. She was so nervous about coming today but soon as she walked through those doors, she felt so comfortable. My nana is currently going through chemotherapy so she wanted a wig due to her hair loss, she wanted her confidence back! And within minutes of trying on wigs it soon came back :) the wig she chose was beautiful!! And she looked and felt like herself again. She loved it so much she actually brought 2 the same ;) and that was all thanks to Maureen xx what an amazing woman she is!! Couldn’t recommend this salon enough. “I visited your Birmingham store two weeks ago as I had an appointment with the lovely Julie. I was so anxious as I lost my husband 18 month's ago, have put on loads of weight and my confidence was on the floor. I'd lost my hair to Alopecia 5 years ago and my last experience of purchasing a wig wasn't a very good one. Julie put me at ease straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. I found the perfect one, well I actually brought 2 I love it that much. I couldn't believe that I'd be picking them up in 2 day's! Since then my family and friends have noticed a difference in me. I've been told I look and seem more confident. That'll do for me. Thanks Julie and Trendco xx”

“Excellent service received from Steph at Nottingham. Consultation was second to none. Got various wigs in to try and she was so helpful and reassuring. Not pushy at all and was told to take time. I would recommend 100%.”

“Amazing company! I had been looking to replace my current style with something more on-trend and fell in love with the Evanna wig. I had heard good things about Trendco but did notice they came up a little more expensive than other websites I had tried before. Well you get what you pay for, next day delivery and price matched to a website where the style was cheaper! I'm a happy girly!”

“Absolutely perfect. I have never known a company ship as fast as this one. This is Jaden in nutmeg rooted. The colour is sensational. Also this wig has not suffered any friction frizziness at all. The quality is amazing. All in all great company. Mega helpful with really good products at very good prices. Highly recommended. Thanks 😊😊😊😊😊😊”

“I experienced a scacial massage in the Westbourne grove salon recently & had the most amazing experience. Elizabeth was incredibly caring & made me feel like I was visiting a hair salon for the first time in 30 years - even though it meant having cold water on my head!! Elizabeth even trimmed what hair I have just as I remembered having my hair cut all those years ago. We laughed we hugged - I’m not sure if people understand how emotional such an experience can be but it was great & I will definitely be treating myself again in a few months. Thanks to everyone in the salon for making me feel special.”

“After many year of wearing wigs, I had my first scacial treatment with Elizabeth. Not only did I feel wonderful during and after, but was surprised to have a beneficial side effect - blocked sinuses were unblocked from the scalp massage which increased the flow around the head area. One week later, my sinuses remain unblocked, and my scalp is no longer itchy. Definitely would recommend. A real 'facial' for the scalp. Plus Elizabeth was lovely and reassuring, and very professional.”

“I started chemotherapy, hoping that my hair loss might go unnoticed, but it began to fall out quite suddenly. I visited the Nottingham salon and Maureen put me at ease, and after trying a few wigs settled on one, which she cut a fringe into to match my own hair. I was nervous about wearing it at first but it was commented on really positively at work, and among my friends. Hopefully, it will last long enough until my own hair grows back later this year. Thank you Maureen.”

“The ordering process was easy but then I knew what I wanted as I had previously ordered through a hairdresser friend. However, this was the first time that I'd ordered directly. The wig arrived very promptly as promised. I wasn't disappointed, the style was the one I liked and the quality was still as good.”

“Wow. Sentoo Sango in a beautiful rooted brown A761G. Looks so very natural.out of the box and straight on. Totally love it. So comfy too. Mono and hand tied. Delivered so very quickly. All in all one very happy customer. Thanks guys xx”

“I visited the salon on Saturday 25th February 2023. I was very nervous about attending, but as soon as I walked in the staff made me feel very welcome. My nerves soon left me, as it was clear the staff knew how I was feeling, and the knowledge of their products was second to none. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and relaxed. My hair has been falling out ever since I lost my husband 19 months ago and with the staffs help i was able to find just what i was looking for. Thank you so much.”
