I experienced a scacial massage in the Westbourne grove salon recently & had the most amazing experience. Elizabeth was incredibly caring & made me feel like I was visiting a hair salon for the first time in 30 years - even though it meant having cold water on my head!! Elizabeth even trimmed what hair I have just as I remembered having my hair cut all those years ago. We laughed we hugged - I’m not sure if people understand how emotional such an experience can be but it was great & I will definitely be treating myself again in a few months. Thanks to everyone in the salon for making me feel special.
