I visited your Birmingham store two weeks ago as I had an appointment with the lovely Julie. I was so anxious as I lost my husband 18 month's ago, have put on loads of weight and my confidence was on the floor. I'd lost my hair to Alopecia 5 years ago and my last experience of purchasing a wig wasn't a very good one. Julie put me at ease straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. I found the perfect one, well I actually brought 2 I love it that much. I couldn't believe that I'd be picking them up in 2 day's! Since then my family and friends have noticed a difference in me.
