“Good customer service - prompt to respond. Great to be able to order a free sample first - which also arrived very promptly. The 7 boxes of travertine 10x10 tiles arrived with a friendly, helpful delivery man. They were well packaged without any damages and there was a well-randomised mix in each box. These were easy to cut and look good. I'd recommend Travertine Store and would buy from them again. Thanks”

“It was all sound. I've found it little bit strange when message came to call local depot to arrange a delivery despite giving all details before but I think it is good idea. It was quick call just to confirm the address and when I wanted it delivered. The next day it was delivered. Very good”

“Fantastic range of products. I work in IT and was delighted to find a welll designed and performant website. Sample order simple, delivery fast and arrived in perfect condition. Sample of good size to assess suitability and quality of meterials and to confirm the colour pallette. We will definitely be purchasing for our ground floor rooms and feel confident in the service.
