This is purely in the interest of improvement, not criticism for the sake of it. Firstly the good points . Order process , price, communication and delivery excellent. The quality and description of fittings very good. Unfortunately the 3x 1.2 meter lengths of banister rails were of differing colour and grain and one piece was showing some warping. I appreciate that a natural product is going to have some colour differences but 1 piece in particular was seriously different in colour.These 3 components should have been better matched. I was unable to return as I had a workman booked and waiting for a replacement would have stalled the work. The banister looks well now finished with a bit of extra work to blend and disguise the warping.
