I am so sorry to read your review and that your handrail was damaged in transit. I know you have spoken with Alysha and she has sorted a refund for you right away.
We work really close with our couriers to ensure goods are appropriately packaged to avoid any damage in transit, however very occasionally this does happen. I am just glad we sorted it quickly for you.
