“Made an order which included longer lengths which was available on 2 day delivery. Perfect, as I would be available to take delivery. Next day, got an email from Parcelforce saying delivery would be that day when no one was in. Tried and failed on the parcel force website to get delivery another day or provide instructions on where to leave the order. Driver turns up, looks in the letterbox and decides the property is empty (duh, itβs being renovated) and does a return to sender without any attempt at re delivery. Charged Β£30 for the pleasure. Thanks Tradefit and Parceforce. Lesson learned. Iβll take my business elsewhere”
