“Ordered door threshold and 2 shot bolts for next day delivery,they didn't have the shot bolts in stock. So got phone offering me every colour bar black which the customer wanted. So had to remove them. This is why you lost 4 stars you down graded my delivery for my threshold over 5p which ment I didn't get my delivery till Monday instead of Thursday and had to drive 70 mile trip to pickup one from toolstastion on Saturday morning.”

I am really sorry to read your review and was hoping to talk to you today so that I could explain.
Apologies firstly that an item was out of stock, we have seen our recent shipment delayed due to some issues among the Red Sea. Your delivery service was not downgraded but as we had no reply to our email and voicemail until Friday your order was then shipped Friday. As Monday was Bank Holiday it resulted in your delivery Tuesday. I am sorry that this perhaps was not made clear to you and therefore delayed a job.
I hope in future you give us another chance to show you how seamless and fast our usual service is.

“I was made aware that the handle was out of stock after ordering so had to wait and extra 2 weeks for it to arrive & once fitted the handle and lock mechanism were a very poor quality - so I will have to buy an alternative and get it refitted”
