Royal Mail currently handle our box-sized products and in general, provide a good service level (to businesses and consumers) but, in this case, this was not so.
We have raised the issue with our Royal Mail account manager to try ensure that future orders are handled as effectively as possible.
We have refunded the £4.95 carriage fee paid.
We do hope that this will not prevent you from using tradefit in the future.
