“Door furniture arrived, but was over a day late, probably not down to Tradefit, more the carrier. The black victoria scroll suits the oak doors in our 250 year old cottage. Even the fitter said he wishes hed had the matt black in his house.”

Hi Alan Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry for the confusion about delivery but you ordered on a Sunday which is not considered a working day for the couriers (as per our delivery page). Your order was therefore shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday as agreed. I will review our site to see if this can be made any clearer. Thanks Lauren
