“Excellent products and customer service, the only reason this has a 4 star instead of a 5 star is due to the courier they use sometimes having delays”

Hi Debra Thanks for your review. We always wish to provide quality prints with efficient service so I am delighted you are so pleased with your prints. I am sorry that you have had delivery issues but with over 1000 jobs a day 97% do arrive without issue so they are the most successful we have used but as with all couriers we can never guarantee and always state estimated deliveries. “Customer service was fabulous. Very quick to help and very patient with me. However, I was given the wrong delivery tracking code, which caused quite a lot of stress the day before a huge event.”

Hi Leanne Thanks for your review. I am glad you are so pleased with your print and the service received. I am sorry that the tracking code was changed. “Quality as always, was good. Delivery however was not. I paid extra for express delivery but received the job two days after the due date. In the meantime, you helped out by reprinting the job and sending it on an A.M. delivery. Again, this did not arrive on the day it was due.”

“Fast Turnaround, print quality great. Mixed stock of paper weights so a couple of books were thinner than the rest, acceptable on this occasion!”

“I did have an issue with a recent job, 8 page booklet using textured stock, cover grain ran horizontal, inner grain ran vertical. This was disappointing, when I finally got to speak with customer services they immediately realised this was a problem and gave a full refund.”

“Fantastic quality prints on fantastic quality medium. Very happy designer and very happy bride. Will definitely be coming back to you for future work. I noticed that there was some light speckling around printed text and images, and was wondering what I could do to prevent this happening in the future?”

“the print quality is very good - the delivery service they use is rubbbbbbbbbbbish, completely let them (and me) down twice in a row. use a proper courier service not british mail....”
