I am sorry that you have had delivery issues but with over 1000 jobs a day 97% do arrive without issue so they are the most successful we have used but as with all couriers we can never guarantee and always state estimated deliveries. “Customer service was fabulous. Very quick to help and very patient with me. However, I was given the wrong delivery tracking code, which caused quite a lot of stress the day before a huge event.”
