“We have had recurring problems with late deliveries but nobody seems to care, just a lot of excuses. It's a shame because the products and pricing are good, but if they can't deliver on time it's of no use to us.”

I am sorry that you have had delivery issues but with over 1000 jobs a day 97% do arrive without issue so they are the most successful we have used but as with all couriers we can never guarantee and always state estimated deliveries.
