“I ordered 6 coral frags from TSA, 5 were acropora. They were shipped overnight from Florida to the West Coast and all arrived in pristine condition. Packing was great with a insulated box, heat pack, and triple bagged. Followed their included acclimation recommendations and a week later everything is looking amazing. TSA will definitely be my go-to for online frag orders.”

Favia coral was pretty small but I guess the discount accounted for it. I’ve ordered from here before, first time I say that 3 out of then ten Zoas I ordered were not appropriate for sale. It was a rip off. Zoas that had maybe three heads the size of a pen ball. Not acceptable and I didn’t get an email back from my complaint . They didn’t make it to say the least. I got a decsent torch and hammer , so I let it go and got over it. I had to call them to ship some corals they left out of the purchase also.
This order I had to get a replacement coral floating in the bag that didn’t make it. So I’m not a really big fan.
I’ve had way better experiences and way better frags elsewhere online. I wouldn’t recommend this place

“The brackets that came with the package deal for my UV sterilizer are just complete garbage. You should put a disclaimer on them that they’re useless. What essentially happened is, is when I got my UV sterilizer, I think I’m getting a decent product with it to mount it.
So now I have wait another several days to get brackets from BRS that actually work.”

“I ordered a clean up crew for my reef. Not only did a starfish show up totally disintegrated, but the snails labeled as regular were all the size of pencil tip erasers. Top shelf did not mark them as dwarfs nor did they state the tiny size in their description. I've been in this Hobby for 25 years and what a disappointment this was. They are good for supplies but not so much on the live stuff.”
