The brackets that came with the package deal for my UV sterilizer are just complete garbage. You should put a disclaimer on them that they’re useless. What essentially happened is, is when I got my UV sterilizer, I think I’m getting a decent product with it to mount it. So now I have wait another several days to get brackets from BRS that actually work.

Three of the five corals came damaged: 1) bali slimer was off plug, 2) Montipora was cut in half, and 3) GI dragon was very pale white and not to the standard I have seen by TSA

Super fast shipping was great. Great selection of products. 3 stars because the couple times I’ve called online sales there’s no one available to answer the phone . Also I will say the Reef bright lights are way over priced for 2 blue lights with no control ability. But they do look great paired up with my Kessil 360’s and give the tank more blue punch. I will be shopping with Top Shelf again no doubt. Big J in Wisconsin

My issues aren’t with the quality of corals I receive. It’s with customer service.

I recently ordered a bunch of Zoanthids and one showed up unacceptable. I don’t think anyone would have paid for that frag. It’s not much of a frag. Pen tip coral at best and can’t make it out . I also bought a bobble tip Anenome for a great price and then received an email, the day it was supposed to arrive, saying you couldn’t include it and refunded my money and the other corals were arriving that same day. Cause is that it was too sick, but not sure about that. Another tsa aquatics purple cap showed up bleaching and has lost all its color. Day 3 or four now. So experience is so so. I bought a torch and hammer corals and they look awesome. So it’s hit and miss. I had to reorder a purple cap because no one else has that color. I should have called for a replacement but I don’t want the hassle, maybe I will Another order was supposed to be included with another and never got shipped out. I had to call them so that they would fulfill it. Over all not the best experience with tsa. So not sure where I can trust 100%. I’ll need to find something local so I can see why I’ll get

I'm a bit disappointed, but I know there's also risk involved when ordering corals online. I've gotten 2 orders from TSA recently & both have already died. The first order got slightly damaged in shipping& never recoveres. The 2nd completely peeled & bleached within 16 hours of receiving it. It didn't even make it into my tank. I'm going to try to do one more order through TSA, but depending on how that one turns out it may be my last

I like the livestock what I don’t like is the don’t guarantee livestock. Got some zoas that are not looking good and can’t do anything about it.

The aiptasia eating filefish and the pulsing Xenia were great quality. On the other-hand the rotifers were terrible, the water wasn’t tinted and they came in at salinity of 40ppt which is very high from my point of view. The t-iso I ordered was also pretty disappointing, came in pretty light. I was planning on making my own cultures for raising clownfish fry but I had to end up ordering from a more reputable source.

I give three stars because the frags I received look absolutely nothing like the pictures. I expect there to be a difference due to different lighting and loss of color during priority overnight shipping (I guess?), but these are bland single color frags and the mother colonies are multicolored rainbows of beautiful. I hope these frags actually grow into the pictures shown. I can’t imagine they will as they don’t even remotely resemble the pictures. My first shipment of 3 frags had two with STN. I reported a DOA through their process and was sent replacements. I had to pay $35 (much cheaper than competitor rates) shipping again and the replacement pieces were half the size of the originals. Fortunately the originals seem to be recovering as the tissue loss has stopped where it was. The pieces were cut to order so they looked nothing like the parent colonies shown in the picture online or sent on the receipt. I mean nothing like the pictures. Only by the structure could I guess at what was what once I took them out of the labeled bags. The WYSIWYG frags may look more like the pictures. If these cut to orders do well I may give some of those a try.

Overall a good experience. Shipping was quick and the corals were well packaged in the box. Two of the corals came loose during transit due to the holes in the cups being too big for the plug stems. One of the two came off the frag plug. All arrived alive. One of the WYSIWYG corals was not the one shown in the picture and came with unwanted hitchhikers.
