“First online experience with Top Shelf. Livestock coral order. Ordering process pretty seamless. Would be helpful if one could order inverts like snails on a per # basis as opposed to lots of 5-10 for those with Pico tanks. Small issue that was addressed after initial online order. Customer service excellent, responded to inquiries very quickly. Livestock packaged very well, would have included an additional warming packet as water seemed very cold to the touch. All doing well. How are prices so different for the Mind Meld? It all has to do with the size of the frags and how nice and detailed the grafting and striations are. Your frag was smaller and not as nice as the normal frags we sell which is why the price is reduced. These rare grafted frags take a very long time to replicate and reproduce which is why they are so expensive. It's not just something you can walk into a local store and buy. As far as free shipping, we already eat the cost of shipping a lot. Most packages cost us $40-$60 our cost to ship FedEx Priority Overnight which is the most expensive method but best. “The fish was extremely beautiful and healthy. EXACTLY as pictured and filmed. Shipping was fast and not too pricy. Only negative experience was the fish wouldn’t eat… it wouldn’t eat for over 3 days. I thought it was going to die lol! Only reason for the 4 star review is because I wish the type of food fed to the fish was listed. Would help with success. I did send an email asking what they feed the particular fish I purchased on the 29th and it’s now the 1st and still no response. Other than that great product and great shipping.”

“Ordered Phytoplankton. Items were packaged well and shipped in a styro which I was happy to see as they are perishable. However I would have liked to have seen a cold pack in with them. Fortunately I didn't have mass death as they did arrive at room temperature but there was a bit of an odor to them. If you're gonna go thru the trouble of packing and shipping them properly why not just toss an ice pack in for good measure?”
“Ordered 10 Stomatella snails. As far as I could tell all arrived alive. Only dislike was there were 2 large and the rest were extremely small. @ $9.99 each I feel like they all should be of the larger size. Other than that I'm satisfied.”
“Everything I ordered came in perfect. The updates for shipping were very nice and were extremely accurate. The only thing that causes me not to write a five star review is the green star polyps that I ordered were much smaller. Then the image I seen, but I do also understand that it was almost what you see is what you get I was just hoping for something more similar to the image than what I received, but other than that everything arrived in the extremely healthy state and is doing extremely well in my aquarium”
“All good in this last shipment. One frag was melted but the other 12 or so have settled and recovering nicely. Packing was fantastic! Box temp was good ! This is something most vendors do not have figured out! More to it than just throw a heat pack in and you’re good. I have about every monti cap you guys sell now . My current project is to grow large colonies of loads of different monti caps and TSA has the best monti caps out there . Highly recommend vendor ! I stop by the store once a year while I’m traveling and it’s always a great experience.”
