“Product(replacement 2 double glazing vents) delivered on time. Cost of postage excessive for such a small lightweight package hence not 5 star”

“I couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere else. So 5 stars there. The £10 postage fee is frankly ludicrous, although I was lucky it arrived the following day albeit I didn't pay for next day delivery. Shows they are on the ball! Ridiculous postage charge costs 1 star.”

Hi Robert, We're sorry we couldn't achieve the full 5 stars for you. As the items you ordered are small it's understandable that there are cheaper postage alternatives for the size of the order. Supplying busy joinery workshops means that it's important that our orders are delivered quickly and reliably which is why all of our orders are despatched on a next working day delivery services using a network of national couriers as standard.
