“Good company to trade with and fast delivery”

“I’m a small Joinery workshop company in the north of Scotland and the service I get from Toolfix is really good. There are so many similar supply companies that won’t deal with companies in the north of Scotland unless they charge extremely high delivery charges. Toolfix ticks all the boxes and don’t charge high delivery cost and still get next day delivery. What I really like most of all is that they have in stock everything I’m looking for at very competitive prices. Gary Thomson Joinery”

“Do not recommend!!! Ordered a mechanism, received the next day but unfortunately its for the wrong side of the door. Called for a return and to get the right part (which cost £200), and they charging me £85 (restock fee and return delivery)! THAT IS NEARLY 50%, just because I got the wrong part. Definitely do not recommend, beware of companies that try to rip customers off for a simple matter of wrong part ordered.”

“I have been using Toolfix for over thirty years and they are still my first port of call. I recently bought a thickness planer from them. I could have got it cheaper on line but wanted the back up. I opened up the box a couple of days before I needed it to do the job I got it for to find it was damaged. I phoned explained with a couple of emailed pictures. Within 24 hours I had a replacement from their supplier not from stock ready to do the job. If I’d done this from Amazon or the like it would have been weeks. It’s not just about cost it’s also about back up and service.”
