“This is the second time I've used Tiler's World and they've been really great both times. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel these guys deserve one for their prompt, friendly and very helpful service. Last time they called to check I wanted the tiles as they were concerned they wouldn't be an exact match for the older ones we have already, this time they just called to check about delivery. Both times very friendly, efficient and helpful and the tiles turned up on time, as expected.”

“We discovered halfway through a project we were short of tiles to finish the job. All local companies refused to split a pallet which lead use to some googling and finding Tilers World. Found the same tile and placed an order for the 4 tiles we needed. I then received a call from Patrick. Bearing in mind the order placed was just over £100 Partick went over and above to help make sure the tiles were the same batch as ones I had bought elsewhere. A quick what's app and Patrick confirmed they were the same batch. Seriously impressed with the customer service. I will be using them next time I need anything tiling related. Thanks again Patrick.”

“An absolute pleasure to deal with this company. Feels like a real personal touch and when a couple of packs on the flooring arrived damaged, it was replaced instantly for me to finish the job. Special mention for Stuart, who even replied to me whilst on holiday and forwarded my message and photos to the office team - exceptional service!”

“What excellent service! I made a mistake on my order and needed to cancel. There was a FREE number to call, I got through to a REAL person who was so helpful even though I was cancelling. He was kind enough to contact the suppliers and stop the delivery and within 10 minutes a notification came through to say cancelled and refund processed!! That’s how to do business. Thank you,. Will reorder the correct item now.”
