“Excellent service. Patrick called within hours of my order being placed to chat about delivery and arrange a date. He also explained about checking for damaged tiles and how to correctly store them prior to laying. I saved 35% (£600) on the price I was quoted from a local supplier (who didn't stock the item and said they were struggling to get hold of the tiles) Delivery was on time and hassle free. The driver took great care and parked the pallets as requested. All in all, a fantastic experience all round - highly recommend 👌”

“We had a very good service from Tilers-world. We needed to replace some HELENA Grey tiles in our bathroom. The customer services agent was very helpfull in identifying the exact code number of the tile and also in explaining the delivery process. Delivery was on a pallate and the driver rang my mobile 30 minutes before delivery. The customer servises also had or landline number in case the driver did'nt get through.”

“When I telephoned, the gentleman was incredibly helpful with no pressure to buy whatsoever. When I was satisfied that I had the correct product etc., I placed the order and the deilvery took place just a couple of days later by a friendly truck driver. I definitely recommend this firm”
