“We have been buying multiple pallets of norcross adhesive , tilers world is the cheapest , but also provide great customer service , a phone call to confirm shipment dates etc and even reminding me to apply discount offers”

“Cheapest I could find and delivered on time. I rang with questions about quantities and timescales and was given all the info I needed. Saved me 30 per cent on the price of my local shop (a national chain). Very pleased to have saved a lot of money and got the tiles quickly. Well done Tilers World.”

“The tiles look great. The customer service staff were fantastic, as was the delivery guy... but unfortunately, he accidentally hit an external plumbing pipe and broke it so my plumber needed to repair it. He was very apologetic, just had to take a star off for the added cost, stress and inconvenience.”

“I was extremely impressed with the customer service, delivery of my tiles and the tiles themselves. It’s not often I can say 5 star means 5 star! Patrick went out of his way to make sure my delivery was what I wanted and arrived on time. The company couldn’t do more for me, I highly recommend them. Thanks again Patrick.”

“This is the second time I've used Tiler's World and they've been really great both times. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel these guys deserve one for their prompt, friendly and very helpful service. Last time they called to check I wanted the tiles as they were concerned they wouldn't be an exact match for the older ones we have already, this time they just called to check about delivery. Both times very friendly, efficient and helpful and the tiles turned up on time, as expected.”
