Hello, I have made two separate purchases from Tiffany Rose and have had two completely different delivery experiences. Firstly - the dresses are beautiful, amazing, fit well, look great and are exactly as advertised. I will definitely buy another from Tiffany Rose if the occasion arises. The difficulty I had was with the first delivery. I live in Madrid, Spain - a relatively close delivery from the UK. For both purchases I ordered a fast track delivery - I was departing for Australia to attend two weddings and the fast track option should have had my dress delivered the day before my departure at the latest. Tiffany Rose dispatched my dress on the day of my order (EXCELLENT!) but as soon as it reached Spain there was a hold up. The dispatch company used was DPD - and as my order hadn't arrived in the 3 days business time frame I emailed them to check where my dress was. Their response was "The sender has dispatched this parcel to Spain via our classic road service which is a 3-4 working days transit time. If you paid for an express delivery, I would advise you to speak to the sender about this". In short - they blamed Tiffany Rose for not advising the company that I had paid for a fast track order. I emailed again the next day, looking for my parcel and its expected delivery time and was advised "I am sorry to advise that one [sic] a parcel is exported, it is impossible to upgrade the service". Which didn't make sense - as I had already requested and paid for the upgraded service. I made a few frantic phone calls during the day to the local DPD office asking where the dress was - could I collect it from a local depot? They responded that it was not possible and they could only advise my parcel would be delivered before 8pm.... The dress arrived at 6pm - I departed my house for my flight at 6:20pm. My dress was dispatched on the 5th of November and arrived in Madrid on the 11th - 6 days later... It was very stressful - I had no opportunity to try the dress on before my departure to make sure everything was fine. I love the dress though - and took a risk to order a second. Although I didn't need the fast delivery - I was so concerned with my last experience that I paid for the fast track delivery anyway. On this occasion it was delivered within 2 days no problems with DHL! So in short - I loved the dresses - I'd buy another - but had a really stressful and difficult experience with one out of two of my deliveries. I had a difficult and stressful experience dealing with DPD. Cheers Amanda

Really pleased with the dress. Quick delivery and it fit perfectly. Only thing I would say is be careful as the material can tear quite easily. The stretchy lace material likes to get caught on things, I.e. Jewellery or chairs you might be sitting on, etc. so it looked a bit ragged after just one day of wearing about. But, still, a really great product and definitely worth the money!

Beautiful dresses which we tried on in the comfort of our own home. Hard to make a choice. We are thrilled with our purchase (my daughter and I) Excellent service with very prompt delivery. This dress worked perfectly for my office holiday party. It does have a fair amount of stretch to it, so I was unsure about sizing, but the smaller of two sizes worked best for me. Keep in mind the top is somewhat low cut, so you will show some cleavage.

Tiffany Rose's customer service as well as the dress I received has been exemplary. I originally made a mistake on my purchase and ordered the dress twice. You were able to refund me in days even in the holiday season! I’ve had to wait weeks before from other companies when they have made the mistake. I ordered my dress and got it within the same week. I have an event I needed it for and was skeptical about it fitting so wanted to get it ahead of time in case I needed to get something else or return it. I was also worried about shipping from UK to US. The dress came super-fast and it fits perfect. Something that actually has been hard for me to find while pregnant. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and how easy this purchase was.

Beautiful pieces, and as good quality as I would have hoped. The size guide is spot on, and the customer service (I neglected to put express delivery on my parcel, and the support team had it sorted out in no time at all) was wonderful - very friendly and professional. Returns process was also wonderfully easy (I didn't return because I was unhappy with an item - I bought three boleros to choose from, and returned the two I didn't wear). Just wonderful, and made my wedding day that little bit more wonderful.

I live in Australia and got my dresses within a week. Amazing delivery. I don't even get my goods that quick when purchasing from local online sites!! The quality of the dresses are beautiful. Would definitely purchase from Tiffany Rose again!

Tiffany Rose has far exceeded my expectations not only with the quality of their products but more importantly, with the outstanding customer service! Finding a wedding gown to fit a 7 months baby bump is not easy but everyone at Tiffany Rose made the process stress-free and fun! They were always accessible via phone or email to answer my questions and concerns and they even helped me with an alteration I needed in the most timely manner and for a very reasonable price. I live in NY and I am 7 months pregnant. It was had to find a bridal maternity dress in the USA that was simple and elegant at the same time. Tiffany Rose has great taste on their gowns. I ordered different dresses in different sizes. I think up to 4 different orders. And I never had a problem. The customer service was outstanding and the dresses arrived within 3 days to NY. Best experience ever for a pregnant bride who already has a lot to take care of. And the wedding was absolutely amazing!thank you guys so much

The color of the dress is not exactly what we see on internet. The color on internet seems slightly pink, but when i received the dress the color was more beige. It is write that the dress comes with a free ribbon / shawl, but i was a little bit disappointed because the free thing was only the ribbon that we see on all the pictures of the dress so we thought that it makes part of the dress. So I thought that the ribbon is fixed on the dress, but it is not the case, so I have to tape it to the dress to be sure that it is not moving and stay beautiful.

Somehow the name on my order got mixed up in the post office which meant I did not get a notice of the delivery and was almost not allowed to collect it once I found out where the parcel was due to the name in the computer was different to the name on the parcel. A mistake made by the post more likely than by Tiffany Rose. Other than that the dress was packed nicely.

The process of ordering, and delivery to me was all good, but unfortunately I had to send it back, because I didn't like it on me, which I did. I got my Amelia wedding dress just two days after ordering it. The size was perfect and the dress was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everone at our wedding asked me where I got it. I was 29 weeks pregnant and felt absolutely gorgeous! It felt really comfortable as well. I didn't want to take it off!

The items ordered were of very good quality and as seen on the website. Delivery and return of items was quick and hassle free and the customer service team were extremely helpful and friendly when contacted with questions. I would recommend and purchase again from Tiffany Rose.
