“Beautiful dress and received many compliments while wearing it.It was a little big for size.I got it on sale but would not have paid full price for it.Delivery and customer service was outstanding!”

“The dress fit well and is if good quality. The shipment was fast however I would not order from you again as the duties were insanely high at $78 for a dress under $200!”

“Really happy with the product and great value for money. Only drawback is paying for delivery and then inevitably having to pay to return an items. When you can only order online it means you are always unsure of fit / look so need order more than one - which means you are going to have to return an item - see point above.”

“Lovely website, nice clothes. Unfortunately due to complicated handling with customs from England to Switzerland, I would not order again. Costs for tax were high and for the clothes I had returned the refund of tax for customs was too complicated that I had to pay the customs without even buying the clothes. Wasted money. Thanks, Claire”

“I loved my dress and the shipping was very fast. Tiffany rose has a great variety of maternity dresses and my dress held high quality. I thought the fabric would be brighter and more beige but I found it to be a bit more dark and grey, which probably has to do with the light... I truly recomend shopping at Tiffany's!”

“The dress is lovely and it was just what I was after. It hangs really well. I bought this dress postpartum and I needed something to hide the jelly belly and this dress did that. However, the pink belt isn't attached so that spoils the dress as it moves around and spoils the back of the dress where is tied. I would have rated it very good had the band been sewn to the dress which prevented it from moving.”

“I found the service very efficient once the items were in stock. It took a long time for items to be re-stocked, tricky if needing a dress for a special event. Packaging was basic. Return goods service was good.”

“I was very impressed with the service from Tiffany Rose, from efficiently receiving my dresses, to the professional way they were presented neatly folded in the box. Returning one item was relatively easy although it would be nice to have a free UK returns option especially having already paid for delivery. One feedback comment however, the returns tab on the website is a little misleading under the UK returns section it states a refund will be given if returned within 14 days. After panicking I had missed this deadline I called a very helpful lady in customer services who said a full refund is actually given if the item is received within 30 days. Is it worth updating your website to this effect? Thanks for providing me with a beautiful maternity bridesmaid dress :)”

“Ich bin zufrieden gewesen. Die Lieferung ging schnell von statten. Was ich nicht so gut fand war, dass nicht ganz deutlich wurde, dass es keine kostenfreie Retoure gibt. Die Rückerstattung des Geldes war schnell und ohne Komplikationen (per Paypal).”

“I bought this dress as I needed a navy dress to be a bridesmaid and it was perfect. The soft, silky jersey-like material fell beautifully and was really flattering. I received many compliments on the day and was thrilled with the dress. My only observation was that the neckline was rather low cut and hence tricky to by an appropriate bra that wouldn't show with a rapidly increasing bust!! Worked out OK in the end though.”

“The website was good, pictures were helpful. The only thing I would have liked would have been to have length measurements. (I couldnt find this) the dress was lovely but perhaps an inch or two too short.”

“You use DHL in Norway to deliver and although I payed for shipping at the time I ordered, DHL also took a fee of more than 20 pounds to prepay the custom in order to deliver the package quickly. I was prepared for customs, but not to pay exstra to have the package delivered quickly at my door without having been informed or had another option.”

“I ordered the Anastasia short dress for my wedding which was the weekend of transition from second to third trimester of my pregnancy. Tiffany Rose was easy to order from, but be reminded that taxes/overseas charges come a couple weeks after the item is shipped. A few notes on the dress. #1 I am a US size 6 and ordered the size 2 as per TR's size chart. The dress was a bit large when it arrived, but worked just fine by the wedding as my chest, hips and belly filled out. #2 The low cut front was very low cut and I had to tack it closed (even with a D cup chest). #3 I am not a European model, so the short dress had to be shortened 3-4 inches (more on that in a bit) to make it knee length. #4 The seamstress who shortened my dress said it was terribly uneven. Thank goodness she was/is a professional and handled it with grace. Other than that, I received many compliments on the dress and that I looked like a Greek Goddess. I was comfortable all evening (temperatures at our home were in the low 100s ?F and enjoyed wearing comfortable undergarments. I did change the waist sash which added a little color and a stiffer bow on the back. All in all I was pleased with this dress and would recommend T.R. to anyone who needs a wedding dress (or other snazzy dress for that matter) during her pregnancy.”

“Wasn't made aware by your company of a separate shipping customs fee of $30.00 U.S. dollars by delivery carrier DHL. Would appreciate more information on that. Might change my opinion if I'll ever reorder due to expensive shipping. But the company it's self I'm more then pleased. Customer service was so helpful, the presentation of the dress was beautiful and made u believe that the garment in the box would be something magical as you first open it. And the dress its self was made gorgeously and fit like your favorite pair of pajamas. At 7 months pregnant on my wedding day I looked beautiful and felt comfortable all day.”

“My only reason for rating good rather than very good is that it is possible to order on line but the order is later cancelled because the stock is no longer available. This was very disappointing and a little stressful. My phone experience however was excellent: the response was helpful, courteous and reassuring and the pre ordered dress arrived next day as promised. I am certain my daughter will look beautiful in her chosen gown. We are very pleased that we found you on line. Thank you”

“The dress is a nice design but with so many dresses they are designed as maternity as well as nursing. This effects the waist line and the purple band. It would be a nicer fit when pregnant but not ideal when nursing. Tiffany rose seem best around but would still like a range that is solely for nursing mums who do not have a bump.”
