“Ordered tie , sent wrong colour and emailed them to explain that I needed the right colour tie asap as I was going to my sisters wedding in the next week , didn’t get any response from them. Very disappointing”

“Very helpful with sending us swatches however the teal colour didn’t match my bridesmaids dresses. A real shame as this company were very good at responding to my requests and refunded the tie that didn’t match in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.”
