“The tie was far too long. It looked like a tie worn by Donald Trump hanging six inches or so below the waist belt. It was worn for a special occasion but is going to a charity shop forthwith.”

Hi James Sorry to hear of the issue with your tie. The item is a standard length, 147cm from tip to tip. This is the same length as virtually all our standard ties and for someone within a normal range of height the tie should not have hung six inches below the waist. “Excellent customer service. The tie I ordered didn’t arrive, after a quick phone call Andrew despatched a 2nd tie immediately, unfortunately that didn’t arrive either so a 3rd was to be sent out but after sending an email a tie arrived so quick email back to cancel. Thank you for a good friendly service.”
