“Good selection, easy to order, reasonably delivery time, tie looks OK but haven't worn it yet. Would get 4* if they didn't pester me for feedback.”

“The ties arrived very quickly, so in that respect I can't fault them. Unfortunately the fabric wasn't of the best quality. The white dots started to fray after just one day. I trimmed them off and made do for a second wedding. They won't last long!”

“The scarf I was delivered promptly .The colour was not true to the colour depicted and a bit darker and the Length was a bit short ,having said that it was acceptable for my needs.A bargain price too.”

“this order was dispatched and delivered quickly. Red and blue striped ties were out of stock over a year ago and I requested to be informed when new stock was available but that never happened. checking each month I found they are now available so that was my order.”

Hi Valerie Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Sorry to hear that it was considered too wide by the recipient. The tie purchased is 10cm wide, which is one of our wider ties. The novelty ties generally are quite wide to fit as much of the bold pattern on as possible. If you are ever interested in another item, do please get in touch and we will be able to point you in the direction of narrower options. “I bought 3 as gifts and the value for money I got is amazing. However, I did end up with a rather short tie, which left me rather red faced. No where in the description did it say it was a child’s tie and because of that I will give you 3 start only.”

“I bought two ties recently from Ties Planet. Ordering was easy and my dealings with Ties Planet was without fuss and what I would have expected and delivery was very prompt. The ties themselves I found a little disappointing, both being a little narrower and with more muted colouring that I have expected from the web photograph, but not enough for me to return them - the risk you take of buying unseen I suppose.”

“The tie looks amazing. Quite pricey but a good result. If you want one for a specific event e.g. Christmas then order some weeks in advance as turn around is quite a wait. So I have three stars as pretty expensive and I missed Christmas But I do love the tie.”

“This knitted Navy Blue polyester tie arrived just in time for the wedding I ordered it for. It was made in a much heavier knit than I had expected and as a consequence tied a very bulky overhand knot compared to the finer knitted silk ties I normally wear. This is not a criticism of the quality or value for money of the product but rather that the photo doesn't show or the description explain that. If I'd had the time I would have returned it as unsuitable for my requirements.”

We do try our very best to picture and describe items as accurately as possible. This particular knitted tie does have quite a heavy knit particularly when compared to silk alternatives. We do think this is as a result of the high quality of the fabric and do appreciate that you are not criticising the quality. Equal to your comment that you would have returned the tie had their been time, we would have been more than happy to exchange for a less heavy option as we do have many variations of this type of tie.
