“The tie looks amazing. Quite pricey but a good result. If you want one for a specific event e.g. Christmas then order some weeks in advance as turn around is quite a wait. So I have three stars as pretty expensive and I missed Christmas But I do love the tie.”

“This knitted Navy Blue polyester tie arrived just in time for the wedding I ordered it for. It was made in a much heavier knit than I had expected and as a consequence tied a very bulky overhand knot compared to the finer knitted silk ties I normally wear. This is not a criticism of the quality or value for money of the product but rather that the photo doesn't show or the description explain that. If I'd had the time I would have returned it as unsuitable for my requirements.”

We do try our very best to picture and describe items as accurately as possible. This particular knitted tie does have quite a heavy knit particularly when compared to silk alternatives. We do think this is as a result of the high quality of the fabric and do appreciate that you are not criticising the quality. Equal to your comment that you would have returned the tie had their been time, we would have been more than happy to exchange for a less heavy option as we do have many variations of this type of tie. “The tie I ordered was good quality and arrived quickly, but a much brighter shade than that shown online. It's just worth being aware that the neon/fluorescent tone might not show up well online. The replacement I ordered from them was perfect though.”

“Very fast delivery, but a colour of the cravat is different from that on the picture. Instead of deep burgundy red it's just plain light red and the pattern is light yellow, not yellow and blue. Looks pretty cheap.”

“While I was happy with the product the delivery was a little slow. You should not offer 24hr delivery if you cannot fulfil it.”

Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the length of time the delivery took. We always post out orders promptly. All orders placed by 2.30pm are posted out on the same weekday. As your order was posted out with the standard service, we used Royal Mail 24. This service aims to deliver next day but isn't guaranteed. Over 90% of parcels using this service are delivered next day so we are very proud to offer the service free of charge. In the event that delivery is not next day, it is rare that a parcel takes more than two working days for delivery. We do also have a guaranteed next day service, for which we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Should you ever require a product for a specific date we will always do everything possible to help out so do please get in touch if you require delivery for a certain date. We do try our very utmost to picture all our items as accurately as we possibly can but due to different monitor/screen settings on computers and phones, colours can look different to how they look in real life. “The delivery came quickly so I was very pleased with that however the bowtie I bought was meant to be forest green and on the picture online looked great however in reality it's not really forest green, it's more blueish green. I was disappointed about that.”

“Tie quality is satisfactory, but they are quite narrow, so compared to a tie you'd pick up in Lewin, John Lewis etc I'd say they are 3-4cm narrower. If you're a skinny-malink young person it's not a problem, if like me you're at an age where if you fell through the ice you'd have a few extra minutes before starting to worry, the effect is it just looks a little odd. Maybe there's a 12 stone limit for these ties?”

“Ties great but website wouldn't accept my Amazon A/C then wouldn't accept my CC details. Sorted eventually but I might have got fed up and missed out on a great tie!”
