Hi there, I can see this order arrived on the 5th of January. I deeply apologise for the delays, the delay has been caused by ongoing strike action, unfortunately this has been completely out of our hands.

Hi there, Unfortunately we have been experiencing delays with customers orders due to them backlog caused as a result of the Royal Mail strikes. Unfortunately these have been entirely out of our hands I can see your item has been released for customs on the 7th of January and should be with you shortly.

Hi there, I apologise for the delay, we have been dealing with ongoing delays due to the Royal Mail strikes. Unfortunately this has caused a huge backlog in there depots and it means customers orders are taking a lot longer to arrive the expected. We are doing everything we can on our end to speed the up, however there is little we can do at this stage.

“I placed an order on December 9th and still haven’t received it. When I contacted them they were not able to tell when I will be getting the two items I ordered as a Christmas present for my son, who was the one who told me about this site. Now I know I won’t be ordering again.”

“Hassle free ordering & quick delivery. Items were really good quality and better than any vintage/next to new I could have picked locally. The site descriptions were fair for the items I ordered. For anyone wanting something different or a bargain, I would thoroughly recommend this site. The added bonus is that you can shop with a clear conscience knowing that you are helping with the environment by purchasing pre loved items.”

“Hello, I ordered two items, some pants and the fleece, the pants were very nice and as discribed. But the fleece was supposed to be 2XL but it was pretty much M sized so i couldn’t even wear it. And the order took about a month to arrive…”
