“A quick delivery via Royal Mail for affordable fashion. This was the 2nd time I’d ordered dresses from Threadbare and although I like the styles, they do arrive very creased and need ironing before wearing. I ordered 2 dresses for choice, intended on only keeping 1 but liked them so much that kept both.”

“I ordered a size 12 dress, blue and green aztec design, was delighted when it came but unfortunately it was too big in the bust and buttoned too low for my liking. I sent it back, free returns which was very good and ordered the size 10. The dress did fit better but was still too big in the bust and just didnt sit right. The material and design was lovely. Again I returned it and both have been refunded very quickly. Excellent delivery and refund, just not the dress for me but would not hesitate to order from you again.”

“I placed an order on a friday evening for the first time with Threadbare and not knowing there wasxa cutoff time for delivery next day. Unfortunately, they do not work on a saturday or sunday so I had to wait until the following tuesday to receive my order. I was not happy especially after paying extra for next day delivery which I lost. All said, it was in their terms and condition. Perhaps they should have a prompt to notify customers when an order is placed outside the cutoff time. Happy with the product, was a lttle on the small size so I gave it to my son as I could not bother with the hassle.”
